Billing & subscriptions
Wedding Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks paid features for a single wedding workspace.
WedRelay Pro is an auto-renewable annual subscription for professional users. Pro unlocks multi-wedding account tools, but each wedding still uses either Free access or its own Wedding Pass.
- iPhone purchases: Apple processes purchases made inside the iOS app.
- Website purchases: Stripe securely processes purchases made on wedrelay.app.
- Manage or cancel Pro: Use Settings → Plan & billing. Apple subscriptions open Apple's subscription manager; website subscriptions open the Stripe billing portal.
- Restore purchases: Use Restore Purchases in Settings. Website entitlements are also restored automatically when you sign in to your WedRelay account.
- Refund requests: Apple handles refund decisions for App Store purchases. For website purchases, use this support form for billing help.
- Purchase not unlocking? Contact WedRelay Support below and include the email on your WedRelay account, the product you purchased, the wedding name, and what happened.
