Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of WedRelay. By creating an account, accessing a wedding workspace, purchasing a Wedding Pass, starting a Pro subscription, or otherwise using WedRelay, you agree to these Terms.
Use of WedRelay
WedRelay is a collaboration and coordination tool for couples, planners, coordinators, vendors and related wedding participants. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, keeping your account secure, and ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter or share.
Accounts and wedding workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Wedding owners, planners and coordinators may invite other users, assign roles and manage access to a shared workspace. Access may change when invitations are accepted, revoked, roles are changed, or an account is removed.
User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to WedRelay. You grant WedRelay the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, transmit and otherwise operate that content in connection with the service. You represent that you have the right to upload and share the content you provide.
Wedding Moments and guest uploads
A wedding owner or manager may create a Wedding Moments QR link that allows guests to submit wedding photos without creating an account. Guests must provide a display name before uploading and may contribute up to the limit configured by WedRelay for that wedding. Guest uploads remain private from the reception QR page. Couple Admins control who can access Wedding Moments inside the wedding and may publish approved photos through a separate read-only after-wedding gallery link, optionally protected by a PIN. Admins may pause or close uploads, turn public gallery sharing off, or replace a shared gallery link. Anyone uploading a photo must have the right to share it and should respect the privacy of people shown in the image.
Acceptable use
You may not use WedRelay to harass or threaten others, distribute spam or malware, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful, abusive or deceptive content. WedRelay may remove content, limit access or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Reports and blocking
WedRelay provides tools to report messages and block users. We may review reported content and take appropriate action, including restricting access, removing content or suspending accounts.
Paid features, Wedding Pass and Pro subscription
WedRelay may offer paid digital features through Apple In-App Purchases on iOS and through Stripe Checkout on the WedRelay website.
- Wedding Pass. The Wedding Pass is a one-time purchase that unlocks paid WedRelay features for a single wedding workspace. A Wedding Pass applies only to the wedding to which it is assigned. It is not a recurring subscription.
- WedRelay Pro. WedRelay Pro is an auto-renewable subscription intended for planners, coordinators and similar professional users. Pro may unlock account-level professional tools, but it does not automatically convert every wedding into a paid Wedding Pass unless WedRelay explicitly states otherwise in the app.
For purchases made in the iOS app, payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. For purchases made on the WedRelay website, payment is processed by Stripe. Pro renews automatically unless canceled through the billing provider used for the subscription. Apple subscriptions can be managed through your Apple account; website subscriptions can be managed through WedRelay's Stripe billing portal. WedRelay provides purchase-restoration or entitlement-recovery controls where appropriate.
Refunds and billing questions
Apple handles billing and refund decisions for purchases made through the iOS app. Stripe processes purchases made on the WedRelay website. Apple refund requests are submitted through Apple's refund tools. Website billing questions or refund requests can be submitted through WedRelay Support. WedRelay may provide account support for entitlement or unlock issues, but third-party payment providers may apply their own rules and timelines.
Wedding coordination disclaimer
WedRelay is an organizational and communication tool. It is not a wedding planner, venue, vendor, legal adviser, financial adviser or emergency service. Users remain responsible for vendor contracts, payments, schedules, safety decisions and real-world event execution.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep WedRelay reliable, but features may change and interruptions may occur. We may update, add, limit or remove features, including paid features, as the product evolves.
Account deletion and termination
You can initiate account deletion from Settings. If you are the sole manager of a wedding, deletion may also remove that wedding workspace. If another eligible manager exists, management may remain with that person. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms or threats to the service or its users.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WedRelay is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees that every feature will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, WedRelay is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party vendors, event disruptions, user-entered information, billing platform decisions, or circumstances outside the service's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as WedRelay develops. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use after the updated effective date means the revised Terms apply to future use, subject to applicable law.
